Frese A / S has received a donation from the Velliv Association to strengthen a common management culture across departments, national borders, and professional groups. In Frese A / S, there is room to be different. Nevertheless, a growing international company and leaders with many different cultural and professional backgrounds mean a need for a common understanding of leadership.
Tina Sofie Frese, HR Director, says: "As we have grown, we have experienced a need to talk about how we do things. We want a common approach to management so that employees experience transparency in handling things. With the project "HR Leadership Forum," we get the opportunity to create a common framework and talk about how we as leaders handle specific challenges and situations. "
