Niels Hansen, Senior Consultant, M. Law and MSc within Energy Economics and Planning
Niels Hansen has since 2007 worked with internal and external projects for the DH supply of Albertslund Municipality. For many years, NH worked as a project manager of the Energy Savings Activities Plan, targeting end users in Albertslund and with end-user involvement in the development of the DH supply.
In the later years, Niels Hansen has been more involved in the development of new strategies and in national and international funded development and demonstration projects.
Together with the Danish government and DBDH (Danish Board of District Heating), Niels Hansen and his colleagues are also involved in a mentoring program for Scottish and English local governments, wishing to replace natural gas with DH for heating.
