MOE becomes part of European Artelia Group

MOE is pleased to announce that they are joining one of the very big players in the European market – Artelia Group. Together, Artelia and MOE will create a new strong international engineering consultancy firm with 6,000 employees worldwide.

The management of MOE has made great effort to find the right partner. They have found that Artelia has the international strength to support their strategy of continued growth and development in Denmark and throughout the Nordic countries. Artelia and MOE are both driven by common values such as independence, proximity to clients, technical excellence and an emphasis on human assets.

The shareholders of MOE will become shareholders in Artelia. Artelia like MOE, is a fully employee-owned company.

MOE will continue business as usual with the same organization, management and employees. The company name MOE remains unchanged. Similarly, all business agreements and collaborations continue unchanged.

Together with Artelia, MOE is gaining more strength to continue developing the business towards new markets. Our clients and collaborators will be able to benefit from the expertise and international experience that Artelia has to offer.
