Over the next years, isoplus Piping Systems’ CEO Verner Rosendal will gradually devolve his managerial responsibilities to sales director Bo Olsen, who was appointed deputy executive director on 1st August. The date on which Verner Rosendal will retire has not yet been decided, but Bo Olsen will enter the management already now.
“I am pleased to transfer the responsibility to a fellow director who has great experience and knowledge of our products and company. Bo and I have had a close cooperation during the last 14 years and achieved fantastic results together with the other members of the management team. A major cause for isoplus’ growth and success is due to our ability to ensure in-house development of talents and recruitment. It is a great strength that Bo Olsen will assume control of isoplus’ management. Therefore, I am confident that the company’s future is in safe hands,” says Verner Rosendal.
Bo Olsen started as area manager with isoplus Piping Systems in 2004. For many years, he has been focusing on sales, sales management and the establishment of long-term relations with isoplus customers and business partners. Most recently, Bo Olsen was appointed sales director in 2016 – this extended his area of responsibility to encompass all sales activities and services in the Danish market. “I am pleased with the great confidence Verner has in me and that there is now a plan for the future. Due to this, we can now focus on things we are good at, such as making a difference to our customers and ensuring an attractive place of work for our many competent colleagues,” says Bo Olsen.
A gradual transition and early efforts to transfer the responsibilities are intended to ensure continuity and stability in the development and continued growth of isoplus – and an opportunity to build upon the current strategy established by the management. “I am sure that the planned transition will strengthen the company, both now and in the future, and also give us the chance to continue our strategy and live up to our vision of being the preferred business partner within the district heating industry,” states Bo Olsen.
