All-Energy Exhibition and Conference 2016

Inspired by what we did last year, a group of members have suggested that we once again make a shared stand at the All-Energy Exhibition and Conference in Glasgow , May 4^th – 5^th 2016. Find a few more facts about All-Energy here.

The stand and plan

The organiser has reserved a nice place for us – [wpfilebase tag=fileurl id=731 linktext=’Stand B31‘ /]. To make the planning a bit smoother, here is a specific suggestion for how this could be organised and how the stand lay out should be:

• Size: We have 48m² . Last year is was only 36m², with 7 participants (approx. 3m² pr. company plus the bar area)
• How many companies: 8 companies is a good number allowing for much more room for each (approx. 5m² ). 6 companies is the minimum!
• Layout: A common small storage/depot in the centre is suggested. No walls between the companies (just an invisible line on the floor). Each company will have room for ONE roll-up or posters. 1 high table, 1½ chair (again, we can share) and brochure holder will be ordered for each company. Exhibits are most welcome!
• Overall design: Inspired from last year (see Pictures). A storage in the centre with your posters and roll-up; the name of the stand flying over the stand with all the company logos
• Included in the price is a dinner for a group of VIPs the first evening

We do NOT plan to

• Participate with speakers in the conference.
• Do any event on the stand

Should you find it very important to do something, you are most welcome to suggest speakers, type of event etc.

Prices

We have not received the final quotes yet and it also depends on the final design of the stand, number of chairs etc. and not least of how many companies we are. If we have 8 companies participating it will be app DKK 35,000; if we are only 6 participating companies, the price will be around DKK 46,000.
