DBDH signing MoU with Centre for Energy Saving of Yugra

Led by the Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, Yugra, Siberia, Natalya Komarova, a Russian delegation on energy was in  Copenhagen on the 27th of June on invitation from the Danish Minister of Trade and Investment, Pia Olsen Dyhr.

The purpose of the visit was to establish new business relations between Khanty-Mansiysk and Danish producers of high tech energy solutions. The delegation consisted of 16 officials, company leaders and assistants from the energy sector in Khanty-Mansiysk. Besides the official contract signing, most of the delegation also visited Danfoss to see the newest in energy saving technologies for single family houses.


The nonprofit organization “Center for Energy Saving Yugra” was part of the delegation, and during the visit, the organization was to sign a prolongation of the Memorandum of Understanding with DBDH including an activity list for 2013-2015, with the purpose of further developing the Khanty-Mansiysk sector for district heating, in an effective and energy saving way. The Danish Minister for Trade and Investment, Pia Olsen Dyhr, was host for the contract signing.


















The Danish companies further signing agreements on the day are Haldor Topsoe and DBDH member LOGSTOR. LOGSTOR will be signing a Letter of Intent with Kondisky municipality. LOGSTOR has great expectations for the market in the Siberian regions. In 2011, they expanded their production in Russia through a partnership with a local producer in Nizhny Novgorod.
