Heat planning in Germany is developing to meet the climate challenges. A group of German municipalities and Landkreise have chosen to engage with a German-Danish project to inspire their efforts and to help other municipalities in Germany.
The project supports collaboration and knowledge-sharing between Germany and Denmark and between municipalities and organisations in Germany. A group of committed municipalities and Landkreise share their experiences, engage in dialogue with German and Danish experts, and give input to materials designed to help all municipalities in Germany.
The group is diverse, with a good spread in city sizes, geography, and experience with heat planning.
