DBDH is a membership organization that among our members and the network covers all aspects of district heating – from the first idea to operational systems. Our members have given us the task to promote and support district heating worldwide, and therefore we are here to support you free of charge.
These days the crazy gas prices high lights the advantages of a diverse, sustainable (both green and economic) and well-organized district heating system even more. Our role is to represent the leading actors of the district energy sector and identify, inform and facilitate partnerships between our members and partners in more than 70 countries.
Denmark is well known for district heating – we may be the leading country when it comes to the implementation of systems but also when looking at technological developments and organization. As you will find proven in our magazine Hot Cool – Denmark has done something right. Read the latest Hot Cool editions here
Today district heating drives the green agenda in heating and acts as a guard against excessive price fluctuations. District heating also plays an active role in both the present integrated energy system and the future smart energy society.
We are here to support and advise everyone eager to develop district heating. If you represent a city, a region, an agency, a district heating company, or others involved in developing sustainable cities, we are eager to hear from you.
