DBDH with nine Danish companies at XX Polish District Heating Forum

Nine Danish companies from the heating sector participated in the XX Polish District Heating Forum hosted by the city of Międzyzdroje on 11-14 September 2016. The forum is the largest event of the heating sector in Poland and for its current jubilee edition more than 625 guests have been invited.

The Danish exhibition stand was officially opened by Birger Lauersen, International Affairs Director of Danish District Heating Association (Dansk Fjernvarme) and Vice President of EuroHeat & Power. The guests had the chance to listen to his interesting presentation on the role of district heating companies in building the city of the future, which was a basis for further discussion between the invited panellists.

The inaugural session was honoured by the presence of representatives from the Polish Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Development and the Energy Regulatory Office.
