Date: 28 October 2013

The number of district heating customers in Denmark is growing. Additional 17,000 households have now been connected, and that means that 63 percent of all Danish households use district heating, according to the Danish District Heating Association, referring to figures from Statistics Denmark.

“People choose the type of heating from what has most perspective for them. That is, what is the cheapest and most future proof, while offering the best comfort”, so Danish District Heating Association´s director Kim Mortensen in a press release.
