Jens-Peter Saul has been awarded ‘CEO of the year, Large Firm’ by the leading business association in the engineering sector, ACE (Association for Consultancy and Engineering).

Group CEO of Ramboll Jens-Peter Saul was awarded European CEO of the year by the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE)  at the European CEO conference last night in London. The conference recognises and rewards outstanding leaders from the industry across Europe.

 

Commenting on the award, Jens-Peter Saul says: “It is a great honour for me to receive this recognition from ACE as the European engineering consultancy industry includes some of the most professional consultancies in the world. I see this award as a strong recognition of Ramboll and my 13.000 talented and highly dedicated colleagues. Ramboll is a truly amazing company with a strong purpose. Jens-Peter Saul has been the CEO of The Ramboll Group since 2012. Over the past strategy period, Ramboll has grown more than 50 percent and has undergone significant internationalisation. With offices in 35 countries, Ramboll is responsible for landmark projects around the world and considered a global leader in sustainable solutions.

Judging panel chair Sarah Ingle from ACE said: “All our finalists demonstrate the depth and breadth of what industry leaders are bringing to their firms, not just in improving performance and productivity, but also in adding value to their employees and giving back to the community”.

On the award to Jens-Peter Saul, the judges said: “The winner has demonstrated significant international executive leadership experience, transforming the company during his first years as a CEO into a truly international and independent and successful business”.
